Michael will discuss his journey and offer helpful tips from writing experts on how to keep your dreams alive despite rejection, depression, writer’s block and other roadblocks, no matter your level of success.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Michael Meeske writes across genres, including romance, mystery, suspense, horror, gothic fiction and historical fiction.
Michael’s first novel for Kensington Books, The Magdalen Girls, is slated for publication in the U.S. and UK in March 2017. The novel, set in 1962 Dublin, deals with the dark history of the Magdalen laundries, a system of institutionalized servitude formerly sanctioned by the Catholic Church. It will appear in trade paperback, e-book and in audio and large print.
He recently signed a contract with Cleis Press for two books in his Cody Harper mystery series, The Combat Zone and An Absent God. These books are scheduled for publication beginning in January 2017.
