Let the Good Times Roll by Darryl L. Gentry




Let the Good Times Roll is about the history of early rock ' n ' roll. The book covers the music and artists that started rock ' n ' roll, what caused the birth of rock 'n' roll, and it's end eight years later. 

Darryl L Gentry will be at Meet the Authors Book Fair , Eau Gallie Civic Center, 1551 Highland Ave., Melbourne, Florida 32935 , on November 23 , 2014, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

About the Author

 Darryl was born in Bay Shore, New York, in 1941. He received his B.A. degree in psychology from the University of South Florida. His Masters degree in clinical social work from Barry University. Prior to retirement, Darryl was a license clinical psychotherapist for over 30 years, graduate school instructor , medical school instructor, and published author of Brief Psychotherapy. In 2011, at age 70 , he hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. He has been teaching: Let the Good Times Roll: birth of rock n roll 1955 - 1963 since 2010. Darryl's book was published in June of 2013. Darryl grew up in Florida and is retired living in Ormond Beach, Florida.
