SleuthFest ‘Books’ Four Editors

SleuthFest, Florida’s best known writers’ conference—to be held Feb. 25 through March 1, 2015, at the Doubletree by Hilton in Deerfield Beach—has announced that four prominent book editors will be in attendance. The editors are Neil Nyren, Senior Vice-President, Publisher and Editor in Chief at Putnam; Christine Pepe, Vice-President and Executive Editor at Putnam; Michael Signorelli, Senior Editor at Henry Holt and Company, Inc.; and Hannah Braaten, Assistant Editor at St. Martin’s Press.  One-on-one appointments are available with Pepe, Signorelli, and Braaten. These are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces are limited.

The editors will join Special Guests James Patterson, Dave Barry, James W. Hall, and aviation forensics expert, Ric Gillespie, who is heading up the search for Amelia Earhart’s plane.

Those who register before September 30, 2014, will save $20. Three-day registration fees are $265 for MWA members and $305 for non-members. Included in the price are two lunches (Friday and Saturday), two cocktail parties (Friday and Saturday evening), and Sunday Brunch with Dave Barry. Attendees can choose sessions from four tracks of panels, lectures, and workshops.
