Murder on the Beach Mystery Bookstore is pleased to announce a series of wine seminars with noted local radio celebrity, author, and wine expert, Mark Spivak.
Tuesday August 19, 2014, 6-8 pm. The Wines of Argentina
Argentine wine has exploded in popularity over the past decade, and is now known as a reliable source of distinctive, tasty and affordable wine. The most popular white wine grape is Torrontes, a crisp and floral variety with exotic aromatics and crisp acidity. Leading the red wine lineup is Malbec, a grape transplanted from Bordeaux. Join us for an exploration of Argentina’s undiscovered wine values, with tasting samples of four wines.
In addition, we have a brief presentation of olive oils from Argentina and balsamic vinegar from The Olive Taste of Delray, accompanied by dipping bread, fruit and cheese. $50 per person.
