Barbara Bixon as A.R. Alan  Barbara Bixon (A.R.Alan):
“Love Pies For Sale,” by: A. R. Alan is a romance/mystery. Lucy Love Cromwell, a beautiful heiress buys a farm and 20-acre apple orchard looking forward to a peaceful life. Instead, it’s turned upside down. Lucy’s hilarious attempts at pie making fails, her three adopted puppies unearth a gravestone etched with the initials JH starting rumors that Jimmy Hoffa is buried behind her barn. Then Lucy’s truck is firebombed, the FBI and news media hound her, and finally, Davis, a secretive, sexy cop who’s supposed to protect her - sets her body and mind aflame.

In an elegant bar named Muse On Madison, Natalie, a good-looking, woman in her late twenties, sits perched on a bar stool waiting to meet a stranger, an arranged blind-date. Mistakenly, Natalie assumes Franklin - the tall, handsome gentleman entering the bar - is the man she is to meet. She waves him to her side. Franklin is captivated by Natalie. His advances are thwarted when a tragic accident prompts him to action, risking his own life to save Natalie.
