The Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science is excited to once again offer a Community Free Day in December! Saturday, December 7th, 2013, is a free admission day to the museum. Not only are all admission prices waived, there will be tons of activities going on!
Safari Todd, and his crawly creatures, will be in attendance all day with hands-on presentations! Spiders, snakes, and scorpions, oh my! Don’t worry though, fully trained staff members on hand to answer questions and make sure there are no escapees.
Jaimie Engle, a local author, will be both signing and selling her book, Clifton Chase and the Arrow of Light, and speaking about the writing process. Clifton Chase is a bit of a local hero who gets transported through time to have fantastic adventures. Jaimie Engle has created a wonderful historical fiction that is an interesting read for any age, although targeted for children.
