Justeen's
husband's betrayal results in her flight into the arms of the
dangerously handsome plantation owner, Tyler Crawford, of Jacksonville,
FL, a town that used to be called Cowford. It is a passionate love
story amidst politics, intrigue and murder.
A loving marriage, a hurricane, a court trial and the yellow jack fever epidemic make this book a real page-turner.
