About the author:
Glen Joshpe, M.D., FAAFP, CMD, graduated from New York Medical College in 1969. He completed an Internship, Internal Medicine Resident training, and a Clinical Hematology Fellowship at Flower-Fifth Ave. and Metropolitan Hospitals in NYC. He practiced Internal medicine, Family practice, and Geriatrics in Stamford, N.Y. for 35 years before retiring in 2008.
He was a member of the American Society of Geriatrics, Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), a nationally Certified Medical Director (CMD), and in 1990 received certification by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Internal Medicine in Geriatric Medicine. He has previously published Joshpe's Journey and One Doctor's Life (www. pubgraphics.com), both collections of autobiographical humorous vignettes, and Pearls and Pitfalls of Medical Malpractice (www.avoidmalpractice.us) .
Rust is his first novel, which focuses on his special interest in aging. Glen lives with his wife Vicki, in Bradenton, Florida, and summers in the Catskills.
