Natural Selection by Mike Lanounette

Now available in book form and for Kindle, Natural Selection has just been released. I had the pleasure to read this book early on in its development. It's a wonderful story for all ages.

Synopsis

The Animal Council is a group of seven very different animals who manage the important decisions of the animal kingdom. Two new members are elected every year. Soon, they will discuss a vote regarding one of the most important decisions of all time, the extinction of the human race.

It seems there are many animals who are tired of man’s long-term destructive nature of Mother Earth, so there will be a vote to determine whether humans should be allowed the privilege of existence.

What makes the decision even more interesting is, for the first time ever, one of the animals scheduled to be elected to the council is a 12 year old girl named Emma. Join her, her Confirmers, and the Searchers on a perilous and exciting journey to Council Rock before it is too late.
