Atlantic Publishing Company Releases New Book on Nonprofit Volunteer Management by St. Pete Writer

Sunny Fader’s Book, 365 Ideas For Recruiting, Retaining, Motivating And Rewarding Your Volunteers: A Complete Guide For Nonprofit Organizations, is now available on Amazon and from select book sellers in the Tampa Bay area. This new tool to help nonprofit volunteer recruiters and managers hone their skills is published by Atlantic Publishing, Ocala, Florida.

The book draws upon the experience of large, successful nonprofits, such as March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society, and regional and local organizations, such as the Missoula Aging Services in Montana and the Santa Fe Rape Crisis and Trauma Center in New Mexico. Two Tampa Bay organizations featured in the book are Lutheran Services Florida, and Tampa Bay’s Bird Steward Program.

Fader explores how large and small organizations today are utilizing websites and social media to reach, mobilize, and manage volunteers in new ways. She provides up-to-date information and resources, as well as case histories that illustrate concrete, tested approaches to solving many of the challenges recruiters and managers face in today’s highly competitive nonprofit arena.
